spinning around, like HELL !

I just continue typing the story that has been created by my mom
I've got tired  after sitting in front of computer for a while
I decided to lying in my bed
for just 10 minutes
When I wake from my bed
suddenly feels like my head are spinning around
when I see, I've got my room like rotating
I am holding onto one side wall
and wait til my eyes work normally
It takes few minutes

Yeah I often got my head and my eyes like spinning around when suddenly I wake from some rest
I don't understand why it happened just for a moment
After that, I feel like normal
I think this all caused by my low blood pressure..
Even though I had consume some vitamins for my blood booster

I can do nothing, just consume some vitamins
Do you know?
When my head start spinning around
I feel like useless and weak
seemed better die soon
feels like burning in the hell!
HELL yeah...
